This video is probably the one of which I am most proud. Everything really came together in the editing process. First, I used a great song by a band called Pendulum (they're from Perth, WA). Second, the timing in cutting scenes and making sure everything fit the music was just spot-on. For me, the annual Shasta Snow Trip is experience that has no equal. 2008 was my first time on the trip and this video really encompasses what it was like. Shot on an Olympus digital camera and edited in Windows Movie Maker. I am fascinated by weather and unfortunately live in a part of the country with fairly mild weather. Every now and then, however, we get a really big storm. Tempting though it is to stay in and enjoy the storm from my couch, I really enjoy being out in the elements!
